Mmm love that elite chicken sandwich. I am pretty sure they even put 420 elite on my receipt which makes sense because I have the munchies. Well and given I have the munchies I love how quick she was making my sandwich. I gobbled it down in minutes, yum.

Food was prepared perfectly and the Agua Fresca was delicious. They have the Italian Herb bread pretty much every time I've come. I think another reviewer might be having bad luck at this location. We rarely have to wait and the ingredients are always fresh. It's considered a fast food restaurant and I think some people are expecting a neighborhood deli. So adjust your expectations, be kind to the employees, and take into consideration the wages for this job vs. the cost of rent in this area. What I really want to say to anyone who will listen to me, is that there is an employee with my same name... Anna. I think she also goes by Anita. Today I witnessed her absolute kindness towards a mentally ill homeless women. This customer was annoying, perhaps a pain in the butt...however Anna went above and beyond to treat her like a regular human being and made that sandwich with love. I will always remember my experience today. Other restaurants may have asked the women to leave, or rolled their eyes at her, but Anna gave this woman basic respect and human kindness. Sometimes it's the little things that mean the most. I was very touched because mental illness & homelessness has impacted my family. iGracias Tocaya!
